Here at HYDRA we’ve got some early geek-out Christmas presents coming to us in the form of hardware upgrades!
The biggest of those being a new file server; a new core 2 duo decked out with all the loudest bells and whistles. The mini paired with a 1/5 petabyte hard drive stacked on top makes for one mean little file serving hot rod. This will be home to our file versioning system, new uniformly defined folder structure, a design and development playground as well as home to our new internal applications that manage how information access is granted to clients.
Along with this comes a slew of other new hardware including a couple of new Mac Pro’s and a Macbook Pro or two. Our stats analyst has projected that production output will increase exponentially due to these upgrades.
